- Fee Disclosure: Our professional fees and applicable government fees (such as Trademark Registry filing fees, Patent Office fees, etc.) are clearly communicated to clients before any engagement is formalised
- Government Fees: Government fees payable to the Trademark Registry, Indian Patent Office, Copyright Office, or any other statutory authority are additional to our professional fees and are collected separately
- Payment Terms: Payment terms, including advance fees and milestone payments, are specified in the engagement agreement and must be adhered to for services to continue
- No Guarantee of Outcome: Payment of professional fees does not guarantee any specific legal outcome β including trademark registration, patent grant, or success in any legal proceeding
- Refund Policy: Our refund policy is set out in the engagement agreement and varies depending on the nature of the service and the stage at which any termination occurs
- Transparency: We maintain complete financial transparency with all clients β a value we uphold as a core professional commitment
We treat all information shared by clients and prospective clients with the highest standards of confidentiality, in accordance with the professional obligations of advocates under the Advocates Act, 1961, the Bar Council of India Rules, and applicable Indian law.
- All information shared by a formally engaged client in the context of the attorney-client relationship is protected by attorney-client privilege and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent, except as required by law
- Information shared before formal engagement (e.g., through contact forms or preliminary enquiries) will be treated with professional discretion but does not attract full attorney-client privilege
